This aim of this module is to provide you with opportunities for self-awareness for personal development and growth as a Medical Leader. You will be supported to reflect on your own default leadership style and to identify how this style impacts on others. We will help you to reflect on which different leadership styles will help you in different situations to improve the quality of services to patients.

You will also learn internationally recognised knowledge and skills in Medical Leadership as this module is mapped against core subject benchmarks of an MBA Global Medical Leadership
