Why do we need to manage upwards?
All leadership theories describe behaviours of the leader to create effective teams to produce quality work. Good communication amongst team members is one of the most improtant – provide an example of where you have managed upwards to achieve a positive outcome

Using the learning from Mary Abberjay, identify how you will develop the skills to manage upwards
