Try out a team huddle and reflect on how effective it has been to improve team communication

Learning Outcomes : By the end of this learning unit you will be able to

1. Explain team huddles as a method of supporting patient safety and team working
2. Identify how team huddles can work by drawing on the example of the work by Dr Ali Cracknell to reduce falls with older people
3. Critically explore how team huddles can draw on time series data (e.g Control charts and SPC charts) to demonstrate when change is an improvement
