Which ones do you have to do but feel less comfortable with?

Learning Outcomes : By the end of this learning unit you will be able to

1. Explore the different personality preferences and reflect on how your own preferences will impact on your role in the team
2. Explore different team roles that you may be more suited to and areas where you will need to push yourself out of your comfort zone
3. Identify ways to value the whole team and not just those with personality preferences most like your own.
