Working within your team, ask your team which one of the three areas they can identify with and create 3 small groups. For Action, People or thought roles. Then ask the three groups what aspects of quality improvement they would feel most comfortable to work on.
How can the team as a whole drive forward Quality Improvement?

2. reflect on people in your team and identify who has strengths in these 9 areas
